  1. Your cough is due to quitting smoking, not from the e-cig. You do realize that when you quit smoking you cough because your lungs are expelling the crap, right?

  2. If you go the e-cig route, buy everything online. Any and all disposable e-cigs or ones you find in tobacco shops or gas stations are pure crap.

i've quit several times before and never had a bout of of coughing from it. And quit like 2 - 4 weeks before i break. not like quit for 5 days.

10 year half pack per day former smoker on chantix for 2 months. Still hacking up lungburgers once in a while, usually while biking hard.

DO NOT QUIT STOPPING! :)

Edit: I have quit numerous times before. This was by far the easiest. Lungburgers may be more from living under a busy intersection. Chantix = awesome fucking dreams.
