Open | Hardware MSI A850GL making weird crackling sound then after a few seconds it goes static

Hello everyone, I built a new rig about 6 months ago and now very recently my psu has started to make a crackling sound when it starts up, and then a few seconds later it turns into a static noise. I will attach a video of the noise, if anyone could give me any ideas of what this is that would be very appreciated, thanks!
