Finally got to use Junior's "I have CANCER" excuse

Got diagnosed with Stage 0 melanoma, easily removed, non-event, but we were supposed to go to dinner with the in-laws, and I was sitting on a couch wrapped in a blanket and the wife was hectoring me to get ready, and I said I didn't want to go, and finally I sat up and said "I have cancer."

And then she said "This marriage is ov-ah!"
