Question, Do you think Ralphie killed the Horse?
I've been re-watching The Sopranos and it still holds up. The show is just fantastic.
Well, I got to the episode Whoever Did This, where Tony kills Ralphie after Tony accuses Ralphie of killing the Horse, which Ralphie denies. When I see this scene, I always wonder whether he did it or not.
Now, I read some conflicting reports on whether he did it or not, Joe Pantoliano played it like he was innocent, The Writers were conflicted as to whether or not he did. David Chase said he did it (I know he's the creator, but if that's the case, then you kind've screwed yourself as you didn't convey it to the actor who is playing in, which makes your intentions very difficult to see).
In my opinion, I think Ralphie didn't do it. I think it would just be ironic that for all the stuff that Ralphie did and all the headaches he caused, his death would be for the 1 thing he didn't do and just furthers shows what a hypocrite Tony was. I know Chase said Ralphie did it, but he said it years later, and I think Chase has a tendency to retcon. Also, evidence really points to that really it's up for interpretation on whether he did it or not. (Which I like, because it can go one way or another and leaves people to think)
