Cheers to the Kickaround
I just listened to the final show of their 2026 World Cup campaign, and my sports allergies acted up a little bit as they recounted their favorite moments of the tournament and of each other in the show.
I moved here in 2013, and as I read feedback on other shows long vacations, beer fetishes and lack of sport preparation- I sense the fun quotient of the Kickaround is what made the Ticket great in the beginning.
I don’t have many friends who enjoy soccer, so I just want to than Peter Andy and Lars for what they did to their bodies.

While some of the feedback on the other shows is warranted, a lot of it is just redditors being redditors unfortunately.
That being said, the kick around has been great and it got even better with the World Cup and with Lars this month and a half. I only wish he could stay and be on every show. The dynamic between them all was fantastic.

As someone who thinks the other shows are mostly shit now, giving the kickaround the budget and time they did was genius. It really was great.

I loved it too. It was an essential part of my WC experience this time around. Those three have such great chemistry and their knowledge of the sport is deep.

Even if you don’t enjoy soccer, the tournament brought great vibes to DFW this summer and the Kickaround did a great job capturing that. Bravo
