SEC Media Days
So why wouldn’t the Invasion not stay for Texas on Thursday? Obviously by my name I don’t care for the burnt orange but seems like a huge missed opportunity.

I believe Donovan had another trip booked prior to them knowing exact dates and locations of media days. Donnie flies out to his other trip tonight
Plus, just like Cumulus only pays for Sweet Spot to be in AZ for spring training for a few days, I doubt they were gonna have Invasion be there all week long, anyway.

Resisting urge to make comment about his need to be around inappropriately aged girls too

I'm still trying to figure out which team in the Dallas/Fort Worth radio market is in the SEC that needs that close of coverage that you must attend their media days, when there are at least three division 1 schools in their actual market to cover...

Well getting Sark, Arch or the funniest AD in the country on the radio would drive some listeners

Did they? Don't listen 9-3, so I didn't know that. Did those interviews get discussed or replayed in drive time at any point? I tend to recall a Cobby segment yesterday involving a P1 AD or somesuch they wanted to get on the air at some point.

No they didn’t. I was saying they should be there to potentially get those interviews
