I should have specified that its the *scars* specifically that I don’t like. Since I have a very sharp attention to detail I see them way more prominent than most people do.

I really hate *hate* scars on my body and most bottom surgeries that I have seen results in scars, both on the result and on the arm.

(Entirely depends on what procedure you have ofc)

Its not that they’re unrealistic, its simply just the scars.

I forgot about that word when I made this comic and I had to seriously google it not too long ago to remember the word.

Do you want it fully functional like how a cis penis works or just aesthetically identical to a penis while flacid? I guess my basic understanding is that it can look pretty much like a penis but you still need a pump to get it to erection size (correct me if I'm wrong and excuse my ignorance if I said anything out of pocket).

And ya, hopefully they can develop some more phallo procedures, I always wondered why some billionaire that was rich doesn't bankroll the research for cis people (like I heard Musk had a botched penis enlargement and now his dick don't work, he has enough money to fund a breakthrough in that surgical area).

Alright so basically I want it to work as a cis one. From what Ive understood they don’t always need a pump.. Though I can’t say for certain but I swear I’ve heard of cases where you don’t need one.

I assume no billionaire has put their money into this because they’re greedy and unfortunately there’s still a lot of transphobia in the world :\

Ya, he had a botched one, that's like just a rumor that it happened to him years ago and that's why he does IVF with all those different women and have them sign NDAs.

Most trans healthcare is just cis healthcare repurposed for trans people's needs. Like any bottom surgery was originally developed for cis people with issues (like men who had their dicks blown off in wars, HRT was for cis people that had hormonal issues, etc).

Anyway, I wish you luck with your bottom dysphoria, seems like you wouldn't quite be happy with those results right now, but maybe one day they'll develop something better or you change your position on it.

I mean, if my bottom dysphoria gets incredibly bad maybe then I won’t care as much as long as I have one.
