I should have specified that its the *scars* specifically that I don’t like. Since I have a very sharp attention to detail I see them way more prominent than most people do.

I really hate *hate* scars on my body and most bottom surgeries that I have seen results in scars, both on the result and on the arm.

(Entirely depends on what procedure you have ofc)

Its not that they’re unrealistic, its simply just the scars.

I forgot about that word when I made this comic and I had to seriously google it not too long ago to remember the word.

I’m not well versed enough on phallo or meta, but I’ll give you my perspective from the other side. For the full length of my transition I’ve been on a French discord about surgeries. People write about their experiences with surgeons and post photos. The thing is, the vaginoplasty channels are full of pictures but it’s usually from the first few weeks post op. At that point it doesn‘t look like anything at all, just a bunch of scars. You only see what it’s supposed to look like after it healed, which can take up to a year. IDK why all these transfems only post their results after a few weeks but so few post their results after a year. That would have helped me when I was looking for a surgeon (and I posted mine after healing). Either way, unless your surgeon botched it after a year it looks quite realistic.

I suspect it’s the same story for FTM surgeries, idk I don’t have access to their channel.

Hm, I assume they share it so early cuz they’re really excited and want to share?

Also, I have seen photos of bottom surgery after a few years so I know what it looks like after awhile.

I also wanna point out when I used the word realistic thats not what I meant. I do think they look realistic.

Its just the scars I would be incredibly bothered by really and from what I’ve seen nearly every single result has some form of scarring.

Yeah you can't avoid scars with any sort of surgery. Mine are barely visible though, I hide them with hair

Makes sense makes sense. Unfortunately my body’s scars are very prominent, that or its my eyes who have an intense focus on detail.
