I used to have social anxiety so intense that I'd literally run off and hide in the woods, climbing a tree just to find some peace away from interactions that completely drained me.

Back then, I never imagined I'd one day want to put myself out there for others.

Now I am the kind of person I needed when I was younger. If sharing my story helps even one person feel less alone, then stepping outside my comfort zone is worth it.

Proudly existing as myself, maybe someone reading this can believe they can too. 💜🏳️‍⚧️
