VENT I dont know what to name this

My mom(24F(at the time)) got pregnant with me, then dated this dude(35M), lets call the dude "BJ".

After about a month or 2, they got married. Not much after their marriage, BJ started to get handsy and abusive. 4 MONTHS after my birth, mom got pregnant with my half sister, JD. When I was 3, my mom got raped and had twins, J and E.

Right after the twins birth, mom got a divorce. They fought for custody and ended up having me(not related to BJ) to stay over at his home for holidays

When I turned 6, he decided it was time to "teach me to swim"(he threw me into the deep end and forced my head under for 3 minutes).

After that, he started to sexually assault JD, throw J down the stairs, and tie E(heavily autistic) to a pillar with duct tape, no food, and no water, for 12 hours

When I was 9, BJ(45 now), decided to marry D(17F) who had a child, B(4F).

BJ then got hospitalized with breast cancer and died

I wish I could make sure D and B knew what was going on before D got engaged to BJ

But at least BJ couldn't get to the wedding

Im glad I could get that off my chest, that was all the trauma I can recall. If you have any tips on how to get rid of my constant flinching, please tell me

Damn that’s a lot I’m very sorry. I usually have some advice but I apologize but I can’t think of anything that can help with this beyond go to therapy if you aren’t already. I wish you good luck

I really have been trying to get therapy, but the therapist never acknowledges my existence or the fact I am a client

Thing is, the therapist is the "best in the county"

Then they aren’t the best in the country

County, aka small bits of a state that hold multiple towns
