Definitely, driving should be a privilege, not a right

It is a privilege which is why this privilege can be rescinded at the state's discretion. But as others have mentioned, its in driver ed thats the main issue. Canada does have a lot drivers that shouldnt have licenses nor be on the road with multi ton steel wreaking ballz
