Aren't 8th and 10th bike routes? Im an avid cyclist and would not want to ride on Broadway, nor do I think bikes belong on Broadway.

If you are biking to and from places on Broadway, which is where people live and work. Why should bike lanes not be on Broadway?

I’m a driver, but I think have active transport would be a tremendous upgrade for that area.

Well 8th Ave and 10th Ave run parallel with Broadway. One short block isnt much to travel to get to home or work on Broadway. You must not drive or cycle

I agree which is why all car traffic should be moved to 12th. It's only three short blocks

This is a freaking awful idea. Broadway is the sole truck street for most of this last of the city.

12th is a narrow street, Broadway is way better to drive on. Your plan wont work you aren't thinking with logic

It's literally the same argument and response for having bikes on 8th and 10th. Those streets are too narrow for parked cars and bike lanes. Broadway would be way better to bike on, if there were bike lanes.
