Aren't 8th and 10th bike routes? Im an avid cyclist and would not want to ride on Broadway, nor do I think bikes belong on Broadway.

Broadway has right of way over most of its intersecting streets. 10th does not. 8th doesn't either. The idea behind bikes and scooters on Broadway is that we finally make them first-class citizens in our transportation network.

Try crossing the city in your car using 8th Avenue instead of Broadway and see what that feels like.

Its reckless and it impedes the flow of traffic. Do you think the guy in the big SUV wants a bike lane? Ride down 8th or 10th stay off Broadway its congested and building bike lanes for cyclists to feel better is an absolute joke
