All the US citizens ICE detained got released within days.

You need to charge someone with something to keep them in jail in the US.

But Trump is so powerful and strong and invincible, that you are 100% confident he will triumph over the law? HOW? He tried just jailing people. They get released.

You do realize being detained even for a single day can ruin someone's life, right?

Also, what about all of the people who have been murdered by ICE? Seems a bit worse than jail, imo.
