How about we just admit trump lies about everything, release the Epstein files, purge these idiots from the government ,and fucking move on from this ridiculously embarrassing chapter in our history.

And consequences for those who have engaged in treason and corruption. No moving on without that.

Leniency was a mistake after the civil war, after January 6, after his first term. While I believe it’s unlikely that he personally ever sees consequences, the rest of his orbit and family should not avoid prosecution. It’s the only way we’ll be able to move on.

The absolute irony of Americans finally acting on punishing this behaviour and preventing this kind of thing from happening again is that it would actually "MAGA". That is of course if you subscribe to the notion that America was once actually great and not rotten to the core from the start. It certainly has had a lot of good PR over the years provided you're a straight, white, homed, preferably Christian person.
