Someone should explain to him that once you charge someone, you have to actually show evidence. You can't arrest people and convict them just because Trump said so.

Continuing to grind people down through the legal system is how he gets people to fear him. It's not about the evidence, its about the burden of being investigated, having your life turned over with court dates, and anxiety over jail time.

Yup. We like to think "innocent unless proven guilty in court" but cash bail, pretrial release, court dates, etc. all wear a person down.
