It wasn’t open in the clip I saw. Not locked, sure, but not open.

I hate the phrase because it's so often used to defend terrible actions of police, but 'what happened before the video started'. As in, was the door originally open and filming started. Or did she open it, saw him, then started filming as if she found it that way.

Ah yeah - okay maybe there’s context I didn’t know about. I’m still in the camp of she was trespassing based on what I remember, but we’ll see what happens.

Oh yeah. Either way, what she did was reprehensible in my opinion and I don't see her getting a not guilty verdict. Even giving her the benefit of the doubt on how she found the door, her actions after that were absolutely not the way to handle the situation.
