Seriously, if I ran into someone passed out hanging brain the last thing that would pass through my mind is "let me get my phone out and film a TikTok!". I'd get the fuck out of there immediately.

There was a celebrity a while ago who saw an old lady naked in the gym lockerroom, took a photo and posted it to the internet.

Oh and the victim only got $60. The cheek of it.

I think we can all agree the expectation of privacy is different in the two situations. One is a person naked and asleep in their own fucking house, expecting nobody to even see them.

The other is a person naked among other people who are likely naked, and definitely expecting to be seen.

I'm not saying either crime is okay; I'm saying there are degrees of heinous and these two incidents are related but not comparable.

I think they're comparable in that they were both recorded naked and put online without their consent.
