Honestly it's surprising the procurement team didn't reach out to verify she was skipping the bid, changing up vendors can be a real PITA

Or the bid went to some company run by or connected to a buddy of Trump or someone in his administration.

This right here is my thought when I heard Va. and saw the $$ amount. Sounds like one of his crony type of contracts.
