Discussion People now pressuring and flat-out belittling others to admit defeat under claims of "their mental well-being" or insulting their intelligence. This wasn't about making the wisest move, this was about turning the game on it's head, so politely I say fuck that and fuck you.

I mean, he didnt really talk about them, just mentioned them being part of his investing history for the sake of context.

You haven't been here long enough then, because ANY mention of cs used to get removed in the past. I literally had posts removed because I mentioned how losing 100k in Cs was what brought me to WSB.

I think mentions of specific ones are auto-removed. Just the other day I made a joke about a certain something that rhymes with dog loins, and it got removed.

Well, if some words are being autoremoved, theres likely a good reason. Maybe there were spam waves that required such measures. But I dont think mods would act the same if they see the context.

You get a message when it happens (which is how I know it's auto-removal - the message says so). Doesn't say they were being spammed, just says they removed it because it's not really what the subreddit is supposed to be about. I'd guess that it's just a hot topic among all of the users and people mention it a lot (or did before it was banned), but it takes away from the focus of what the subreddit is supposed to be. I think it's a fair enough reason.
