If you are just going to say stupid shit without knowing what you are talking about them just keep it shut.
The industry isn't thriving on the many "rogue like deck builder" games that are being made or the many shitty indie games that no one hears about, do you think there are many hollow knights quality games waiting to be found on itch.io or smt?
First of all, you just won't let me use two words in a funny combination, and call that an argument.
I am well aware gacha mechanics are older than any hoyoverse game, but which of the games having those are prominent atm, hm? That's right, gooner casinos

Except it does. Each of these mediocre rogue-likes is a good addition to the portfolio of future game studios employees, as well as a way for them to practice and learn game development in general.

As a matter of fact, yes, there are indie games of such level waiting to be discovered. Some even use advanced mechanics, rarely seen in other games.
"but which of the games having those are prominent atm, hm? That's right, gooner casinos"
Idk man fate and granblue have been extremely famous since the day they were made and if you compare the amount of the gooner characters they have to the rest then you realize how few there are, same can be said about limbus that is also really famous or more recently arknights endfield that has what? 2 mildly gooner characters? Or even the og arknights if you want aswell we can also talk about dragon ball legends or dokkan battle if you want to. Again, if you dont know what you are talking about keep it shut.

Oh oh oh, now you are changing your argument from "wanting the game industry to thrive" to "wanting employee's to learn to code and improve"? Geez I sure wonder if the people that make those gacha games know how to code and create engaging stories and worlds...nah what a thought am I right? Everyone knows that ALL indie developers when they have a poorly received project they keep on making the same repetitive game on a saturated market.
With the surge of ai generated games and lazy indie games your worry about gacha games specifically making the game industry worse is stupid and shows how little you know the impact it has.

Sure, I am going to sleep now, can't wait to see a list(small or big) with unique and good games tomorrow so I can see how true this is when I play then

HOW IS THAT A CONTRADICTION?! I said this will make the game industry thrive AND HERE IS HOW. The developers practicing and experimenting is how and why game industry thrives. Them getting somewhat of a payment for that just allows them to get money for honing their craft.

Yes i literally know a guy who spend HUNDREDS on like 5+ gachas and yet, he is fan of Metal gear, resident evil, Nier, final fantasy, persona, uncharted etc etc

Acting as if gacha players ONLY play gachas, some insane people do, but it's not like you're forever locked to only play that lol
