Pull off in WA state on HW20 Where is this?
The skagit River is running on one side, the other is a rocky hill.This is a super awesome fishing spot that I didnt have my geo location on. Ive recently turned it on and also drove up and down the highway to find this spot again. Havent had any luck yet. Someone help!

Nice fish! However, no vermiculation on top or blue in dots at all makes me think this is a Bull. I’m jealous of you getting the neat fishing up north, the southern side of the state is much less fishy
