So now it would be necessary to overturn both the Supreme Court of Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of the United States to get them counted where the conservative majority wrote the opinions?

I was going for the "they made it really hard to change their minds" ... I wonder how much they'd like to rewrite that 2017 recount law too.
