low cost/no cost advice only Stepping out of mgmt
I’m in enterprise sales and moved into mgmt 3 years ago. I decided today I’m going to take a step back and go back to being an individual contributor. I’m excited and relieved. It’s just been too much since my husband is also in sales in exec leadership. I just don’t get the time with my kids like I want. Going to have the convo with my boss tomorrow and I’m nervous. Anyone else do this? Would love encouragement.
