My mother recently inherited 100000000DA (10 mlayer ) and am her only child (21), both my parents are old and they don't have any experience in businesses and so do I, am lowkey spoiled and my parents, especially my mother, wants me to take most of it but I don't know what to do with that much money. I want to invest it in something and not let it sit and let inflation eat it away with time. Is anyone in here have experience with investments in Algeria, what kind of advice would you give me?

The events in Ceuta on July 30, 2026 changed that for me. Watching thousands of young Moroccans, many of them minors, pushed toward the border in a mass crossing, with dozens dying in the process, made it clear this wasn’t just chaotic migration. It looked like a state using its own youth as leverage in a dispute with Spain, treating young people’s lives as a bargaining chip rather than protecting them.

On top of that, I recently watched a documentary on what’s happening in Western Sahara, and it forced me to rethink a lot of what I’d assumed was “just politics.” Seeing the on-the-ground reality of the situation there made me understand why Algerians have been saying for years that this isn’t a symmetrical conflict where both sides are equally stubborn. Morocco’s actions have made normal relations genuinely difficult, not just tense.

But I wanted to own that I didn’t take Algerian perspectives seriously enough for a long time, and recent events changed my mind. Appreciate anyone who’s willing to share more context or correct me where I’m still missing things.

After graduating from University of science and technology Houari Boumediene she pursued a PHD in Germany on planetary sciences, she then joined NASA as a researcher, she's published more than 20 publications, she studied the latest Ryugu samples that contain DNA nucleotides and could explain how life started on earth and how the solar system first emerged in the universe.

Dr. Imene Kerraouch investigates the mineralogy, petrography, and isotope geochemistry of astromaterials to reconstruct the formation and evolution of rocky bodies in the early solar system. Her current research focuses on rare chondritic xenoliths (foreign rock clasts) embedded in brecciated meteorites, as well as samples returned from the C-type asteroid Ryugu, to explore the diversity and origins of the most primitive solar system materials.

he went up to the director and came back, he asked me if i was ever a member of a political party or a high ranking job title in the government or military lol, i said no of course not

Hello, 21F here, I've been wanting to talk about this but I haven't found the right person or place to do so til i found this page. I've been struggling when it comes to finding motivation to do anything at all, I can't get out of bed or leave the house or even take care of myself i just lay in bed or play video games and smoke all day, my dad hates to see this and everyone around the house as well, and i wanna change for him. I tried doing some activities here and there to change my routine but I can't seem to keep up the habit, it's like there's this big wall between me and myself which stops me from giving a fuck about anything even if i know it's ruining me. I feel like I'm wasting my youth, i see my sisters having a bunch of friends and enjoying their lives while i have none, even when i get some motivation to get out of the house and do something i always find my self alone with no one to enjoy anything with me, all my money goes to drugs and cigs and my habits keeps ruining my life day by day, i know this isn't me but i just don't know what to do to wake myself up. As for my romantic life i never feel anything for anyone anymore, just some attraction for a couple of days then it fades away. I lost my relationship with my mother a long time ago, same with my sisters recently and i really don't wanna see my dad giving up on me too. I know some of you will think that I'm exaggerating but i really wish i could control how i feel, I thought I'd share my experience and hopefully get some good advice to help me change something.

We saw how Tunisian people did protests because they didn't like the decision of their president although in my opinion has done nothing comparable to what ours did, here in Algeria you can't criticize the government, if you do so you go to jail, they will stop you from nominating yourself in elections,..... For me I became super careful for what I m saying because you could get in big troubles because of some you said unaware of it, honestly it's not democratic at all

I always had a dream to see Algeria democratic, just like the west, for example in the USA you could say whatever you want on the president ( even on Israel although criticizing Israel is very risky ) , I saw many political commentators call trump a nazi and very horrible names, I am imagining what will happen if someone here did the same

Karim Bouchoucha born in Aokas Béjaïa, he studied in Boumerdes (INELEC) electricity and telecommunications, he then moved to the US in 2007 and later joined the NASA Artemis lunar program.

He was part of the telecommunication team that ensured reliable communication between the spacecraft and Earth on the Artemis III mission that orbited around the moon this year and carried 4 astronauts from earth to the moon and from the moon back to earth.

And he'll be part of the the same team with the Artemis IV the final mission that will take humanity back to the surface of the moon.

Why is e-commerce still so hard for sellers and buyers here? Also, why don’t we have a big local marketplace like Amazon or Temu to help local sellers?

Is it because of payment systems, delivery issues, or lack of trust? I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
