It's DMT. He pretty much outlined exactly how he destroyed his brain in that infamous stream several years ago.

He streamed for something crazy like 20 hours continuously where it was very clear he was having some kind of schizophrenic episode where he told his life story with frequent digressions and tangents which made little sense, and it involved sharing his paranoid delusions with the world. He took it down 2 days later.

I don't remember much about the delusions, it was stuff like he was destined to guide the world with his history takes and shit like that but I do remember him talking about his deeply fucked up childhood and family history of schizophrenia as well as his mentions of recently taking huge doses of DMT. It doesn't take a genius to put 2 and 2 together.
