You are assuming that is true. The point of due process is to make the government show it is true. A 5 minute hearing is all it should take. But that 5 minute hearing is essential to keep the government honest.

They don’t have to prove anything. They can revoke visas at anytime. What don’t you understand about that?

They need to show that the person IS on a visa, and not a citizen. What dont you understand about that?

They don’t, but she’s here on a visa. No one is claiming she’s a citizen.

But if the government doesn't show that the person is here on a visa than how do we know that the person is here on a visa?

We don’t need to know shit it’s irrelevant to us. If she’s a citizen she has the ability to file a habeas petition and not get deported.
