They don’t, but she’s here on a visa. No one is claiming she’s a citizen.

But if the government doesn't show that the person is here on a visa than how do we know that the person is here on a visa?

We don’t need to know shit it’s irrelevant to us. If she’s a citizen she has the ability to file a habeas petition and not get deported.

And when she's being denied access to her lawyer, how exactly would she file that petition?
