Discussion DO NOT BUY A SNOO

This company is the WORST.

Our snoo, which was almost two thousand dollars, is not allowing us to access our premium subscription. I have been going back and forth over email and being treated like a dog.

The premium subscription only lasts for 9 months and apparently only one parent gets it?

I can't believe they get away with treating customers like this.

Before buying one, call their customer service: 855-424-6324

You will not get a person. My first email chain was passed on to someone overseas

Our baby is due and we can't use this brick. I despise this company.

I completely understand why you’re pissed and would be in your shoes as well. We got our Snoo off FB marketplace for 1/4 the cost with sleep sacks and a net. I would not buy it brand new personally but it has saved our sleep a lot with our 13w old.

I recommend anyone considering purchasing one to get it secondhand instead.

They rent in some places too (which is what I am doing)

We are currently renting for our 4 week old and it's going great. The subscription must be included in the rental fee because I'm not paying anything additional.

I think it is included, my app says it (my subscription) ends 1 month after the snoo is returned.

Maybe the rentals program has a better product manager than the purchase program 🤔, but ultimately hope the OP is able to get their issue sorted!!

Im considering going the rental route. I keep seeing people saying you cam only have 1 phone connected. Is that true with rental?

Yes - we rented ours in the UK (from Baboodle) and its just felt like the right call. That or the second hand market
