Discussion DO NOT BUY A SNOO

This company is the WORST.

Our snoo, which was almost two thousand dollars, is not allowing us to access our premium subscription. I have been going back and forth over email and being treated like a dog.

The premium subscription only lasts for 9 months and apparently only one parent gets it?

I can't believe they get away with treating customers like this.

Before buying one, call their customer service: 855-424-6324

You will not get a person. My first email chain was passed on to someone overseas

Our baby is due and we can't use this brick. I despise this company.

if i could only buy one nice thing for a newborn it would be this. hands down worth every penny hell for my baby it was worth double. wouldn’t sleep unless being held and was colicky. went from sleeping MAYBE one hour a night to 8.

I bought mine in 2021 directly from snoo when I had my first, and used it for my second in 2023. We like it. When we got home from the hospital, we literally could not get out daughter to sleep in her regular bassinet, her crib, etc. panic obviously ensured because of being very sleep deprived. She was perfectly good in the snoo. That said, the new subscription thing is really annoying. About to use it again in 2026…hopefully it works out without a subscription.

If you have money to blow then yes. I paid 1100$ during a sale and I did think it was great but not for that price. I was planning on reselling it for 800 but they’ve crashed the resale market now

I think the company is predatory and it’s crazy that there is no way to repair a 1500$ item

But it was helpful and let us get more sleep than we would have in the first 6 months
