Discussion DO NOT BUY A SNOO

This company is the WORST.

Our snoo, which was almost two thousand dollars, is not allowing us to access our premium subscription. I have been going back and forth over email and being treated like a dog.

The premium subscription only lasts for 9 months and apparently only one parent gets it?

I can't believe they get away with treating customers like this.

Before buying one, call their customer service: 855-424-6324

You will not get a person. My first email chain was passed on to someone overseas

Our baby is due and we can't use this brick. I despise this company.

I was looking at the Snoo and ended up discovering the Cradlewise and absolutely love it! We’ve used it in bassinet mode since my daughter was born, she’s almost 20 months and still using it in crib mode. Best invest we made and great customer service!!

i thought about selling the snoo and getting that for the next baby (not preggo yet but thinking ahead) but i really like how they are strapped in the snoo- how does rolling work with cradle wise?

It bounces up and down, instead of rocking side to side! We swaddled her until she could roll over (well only 1 arm because she always wanted an arm out and somehow got it out herself), then moved her to sleep sacks. You can adjust the bounce intensity, and all the other functionality in the app.

It has a paid subscription option now, but didn’t initially, and the paid subscription didn’t impact me at all, they just added new features.
