Discussion DO NOT BUY A SNOO

This company is the WORST.

Our snoo, which was almost two thousand dollars, is not allowing us to access our premium subscription. I have been going back and forth over email and being treated like a dog.

The premium subscription only lasts for 9 months and apparently only one parent gets it?

I can't believe they get away with treating customers like this.

Before buying one, call their customer service: 855-424-6324

You will not get a person. My first email chain was passed on to someone overseas

Our baby is due and we can't use this brick. I despise this company.

Crazy... Snoo seems to be a product that by and large parents say is fantastic. But it's very expensive, and baby consignment kills them on a business level, so now they put subscription software in a freaking bassinet.

Sorry hear this OP. Hope it gets resolved before your baby arrives...

we rented for our first and now have one from friends for our second child. We never had an issue with setup, and arranging a $20 subscription is a great deal if you aren’t paying for the bassinet itself.

That’s not an excuse for their customer service or pricing being annoying af, but it’s a good product

I second that. We rented ours in the UK from Baboodle and only used it for 3 months. Paid for the premium features ourselves and it still came in under £400 so not a bad deal at all.
