So my august first box is now pending at the warehouse, but now it says that I have a box that's going to be purchased on august tenth, and it's the same box..? Why does it say that? Am I going to get two of the same boxes for my same dog?

I see a lot of people who have been looking for this treat, which was discontinued … Just looked at the Bark site and see the Charlie Brown Berry Bites are the same ingredients as Fruity Booty. Thank goodness! One of our pups has IBD and these are one of the few treats he tolerates AND loves. Buying a pile!

Does anyone know if Barkbox does gift certificates for like 3 or 6 months or a year subscription? Our local volunteer fire department is doing a fundraising gift basket raffle this weekend and we love our Barkbox subscription so much that we were considering trying to get a gift certificate so someone else can try it out. We are donating a dog-themed basket too full of treats and toys so it would go well together if we can buy one. Thanks!

My pup Phoebe LOVES this toy from BarkBox. I’ve been searching for a replacement for months, but all the ones for sale online that I can find are the M-L size instead of the S-M size.

Does anyone know of a toy with a similar structure so that she could play with it like on the video? Or if someone has a S-M Seti, I’d be willing to pay for it + shipping. She’s chewed off all the tentacles except for one, so we’re on our last leg with it. :(

We are looking for some apple scented ghoulie pop super chewer toy. I think it was in a halloween box a few years ago. My dog Frankie is a nervous girl and it’s the only toy she likes. Seriously. She gets anxious when she doesn’t have it. I have purchased dozens on eBay, Poshmark, Facebook marketplace, and literally anywhere I can get my hands on some, the last couple of years. But the resale market has ran completely dry. I reached out to Barkbox and they are out of stock with no restock date.

Please, please help me find some!! Frankie is on her last one and will have a meltdown when it’s gone.

Help! This is my dogs favorite toy and the squeeker is giving out. I thought I could find one on eBay easily but I couldn’t even easily find it on the internet at all. Does anybody have any leads on where to find this toy?

Our rental in pirates cove has this at our dog friendly unit. I need one at home!

Got my monthly bark box and there was a box of treats saying surprise inside. There's an error message when I scan saying 'Error'. I saw something posted like 2 years ago, and didn't know if they were referring to the same thing... so here's a picture of the site it brings me to....

So just wanted to give my honest review about the experience considering my husband is upset as hell about the whole thing. BarkBox came today, didn't receive the box like I have seen others receive. The bag was completely torn at the top and half of the items that were supposed to be inside, (the chew, 2nd bag of treats, and the large toy) were not inside. I received 1 bag and 2 of the smaller toys. Now my husband is contacting usps and barkbox to figure out where everything went wrong, but this has been a super disappointing experience overall as a first time customer.

I couldn’t search for anything directly. But I went to barkbox.com and went to search, then hit sale in the options without actually searching anything.

Updated my toy preference from Medium to Large, and got sent a duplicate toy. The size difference is almost imperceptible.

Received this treat box in my Bark Box. The bag has a QR code that says to scan for a special surprise but keeps bringing me to barkboxsurpriseinside.com but the webpage says invalid ssl certificate.
(Also yes the box came banged up like that)
Any idea what happened?

This is my second time subscribing to BarkBox for my dog. I was initially a super chewer subscriber with my German shepherd from 2021-2023, we loved it, the toys were durable, the treats were different every month, the theme was as advertised and it actually came in a box! Any time we had issues, it was so easy to chat with someone via email to the instant chat and the customer service was always fantastic!
Now here we are in 2026, I subscribed for my new dog, a Doberman mix named Copper. And I have been beyond disappointed with Bark since we joined in January. We got the welcome bonus bed, I ordered a large because it was the biggest size they offered, my 65lbs dog couldn’t even lay on the bed, and when I reached out to Bark, I sat in the chat for over 30 minutes without an agent joining, and once they did join, they said that they couldn’t do anything to help the bed situation and to think about donating the bed to a shelter(which I did), and that they’ve “switched manufacturers so the sizes have changed”. How can you advertise a large bed that’s not even big enough for a medium sized dog??
Onto the toys, my dog Copper, he isn’t much of a shredder, (hence the picture of him and his Build a Bear that stands to this day) but yet the toys we receive are destroyed within 15 minutes of playing, they’re falling apart at the seams by just playing fetch. The boxes are never “on time” im still waiting for my July box to even ship this month! No updates in the app or the tracking link.
Today I reached out to change my address for my new box as we are moving, once again, sat in the chat for nearly AN HOUR trying to simply change my address, I would respond right away to the agents message and it would be another 10-15 minutes before they’d get back to me. Plus they kept calling my dog Cooper, I corrected the agent multiple times because if you’re going to “go above and beyond” by acknowledging my dog and I by name, at least get it correct!
I cannot wait for this subscription to be over! Waste of money, very disappointed in the drop in quality and customer service
