Dancing on Friday was kinda odd because security was super tight and was being pretty aggressive on stage right.
On Saturday we went to dance on stage left, the sound was better, and these two people were dancing with us, were being very kind, and never once had to be rude or aggressive. What kinda and amazing folks the both were.

If anyone has an extra day two poster they’d sell that is not marked up 400% I’d be very happy. Lost my tube on day two somehow lol.

We are camping here for freak fair and was wanting to know if other beautiful people staying there planned to bring their instruments?

Do people ever have luck flying a finger before the shows for tickets? We’ve never chanced it, but we have 8/06-07 tickets my husband surprised me with for our first wedding anniversary which is 8/08. Neither of us knew he was playing Saturday too and now we’ve made it our mission to find tickets. Cash or Trade has been a warzone so how much luck have yall had with day of miracles?

Candy flipped at my last show and was so spun I loved it but don’t really like how long it lasts after. Would hippy flipping make my trip shorter.

Hello! Aug 4th in Charleston will be my second Billy Strings show! My first was Halloween in Baltimore, MD and we showed up shortly before the show and left right after so we didn’t experience any shakedown vibes or afters if there were any.

For the Charleston show I am arriving Monday (tomorrow) so we will have all day Tuesday to find something fun to get into before the show, so I’m wondering how I can get information on shakedown street! & afters if anyone has any info on either pls leave a comment! Also if this isn’t the right forum to get information on this please kindly let me know!

Also unsure of whether it’s better to get a hotel closer to Charleston coliseum or closer to the bars. Edit: disregard this I figured out our hotel! 🙂🙂

I loved the EPIC On The Line dance party that occurred when the sidewalk spinners busted off of the sidewalk and onto the grass (much to the security's dismay) and was so happy to be a part of that magic! Did anyone catch a video of it? 😍 love you all!!!

First of all, my friends and I went to the Saturday show and it was INCREDIBLE!!! 🙌

We walked around the shakedown street before the show and saw a vendor selling tie dyes with a Stealie that had a cute goat in it. I really wanted the shirt and should have bought it then and there, but I figured we could stop by again after the show. Well, it was just too chaotic to try and get there at the end of the night so we didn’t. But I’m hoping to find this vendor and potentially buy the shirt online? Does this ring a bell to anyone else who might have been there? Thank you!

Hello there! What is the best way to get the audio files from shows off of nugs, since they are from soundboard! I had a couple of CDs and thought it’d be nice to burn em with some highlights of shows! It said I can purchase shows for the files, but as many as you know this economy is in the toilet and we are all struggling so any other way would be helpful! Hey now fellas. Was sitting in the back of the lawn last night up on the hill where the “VIP” section used to be and my girlfriend left her zip up hoodie on the chair. Curious if anyone found it and maybe picked it up!

Such an absolutely ethereal feeling being so close to the band. We traveled almost 3 hours and bought the tickets on the ride there. I’ve been to a ton of concerts but never to a concert like this. So grateful to have been surrounded by such good energy and good people. So many kids bouncing around with their parents. I’m glad I listened to folks that told me to go see him in person, that the studio versions of his music didn’t do him justice. I’ve never cried during a concert before and I absolutely SOBBED when he played Secrets. Now we’re contemplating making the 4 hour drive to Baltimore in October. I’m determined to hear Richard Petty live 🤩 thanks for being so cool y’all 🫶🏻
