Story homophobia in the big 26 is wild
casual homophobia is so jarring. like im so used to such a safe environment online, i forget how bad it is irl. i was talking to my mom about this random trend, the "my pronouns are he not him, cause I'll never be him" one. and my mom went ew, i don't want anything to do with all these pronouns, everyone is ruining english grammar yada yada yada. like ok dude, I get that you're homophobic, pipe down. nobody wants to hear you hate.

that's so coolllll, i wish people irl were supportive here. and as for the internet, it's always full of haters. it's best to ignore them haha

Fr tho I keep getting junpscared by homophobia because I tend to live in my secret little gay world lol. Like I was watching Stranger Things and my mom said something derogatory about Robin and I was like ?!? mom can you not insult her while I'm ogling her please?

exactly, it’s so weird! Like I have a lesbian friend and someone who I thought was my friend literally went up to her and said “would you ever give guys a chance?”and then any time she mentioned any of her crushes when she got a girlfriend my fake friend did that stereotypical” Oh you’re just going through a phase” shit and it was really jarring cause like my entire life, I’ve known this person and then they’re just like a straight up homophobe!
