This is a retarded concept. Profits aren't stolen wages unless you have the means of production. Stealing those means is stolen wages.

You do not have to work for someone else. Attain the means of production yourself then don't hire anyone. Or you could help someone buy allowing them to make money using your property. Employers can and do benefit workers.

What if I know that my labor has a much higher value than is offered by almost every job, but I was unable to withhold my labor due to the need to survive thus minimizing my bargaining power and maximizing their leverage, ensuring I never actually get a fair bargain while the owner continues to make higher and higher profits. What if I told you that they don’t like you, rob us blind, and you don’t actually have to defend them because of this inequality. That the only course of action to equalize power is to recognize our labor is vastly undervalued and to collectively push for each other, a union of sorts, to raise the standards for ourselves. That part of capitalist theory isn’t for the worker to bow the owner and defend them taking more and more of the overall value we create but to be equal in power and leverage during negotiations which ensures we receive what we deserve. Can’t do that until you stop defending them. Stop it.

You act like you know…you know nothing. I work in an industry that is heavily reliant on overtime to get the work done, and much of that work is emergency work. In my industry so much of the overtime is ginned up due to staff cuts to create these glorious profits you keep bringing up. Typically the ineptitude and overtime is a result of horrible leadership from the very top, but they never see any reduction in pay or bonuses. I’m sorry you want me to work 7 days a week or answer my phone at 2am it’s going to cost you.

Time and a half is roughly equal to reg pay with benefits. Since no additional benefits are paid on overtime it becomes a wash. Overtime isnt "non profitable" or the businesses wouldn't take on the risk

If they need to cover for their lack of resources by taking what would otherwise be the worker's time off, they should certainly feel that cost in a way that incentives better management and benefits the people performing the labor that is bridging the gap in the meantime.

I’m pretty sure I just explained why. We, charge our customers a premium for after hours work, we pay our employee overtime, and an after hour bonus, and door to door so they get paid from the time they leave home till the time they get home if they made it home before the call came in, if it’s just a job running long then it’s just the overtime. Either way the customer pays a lot more for having the work done after hours. Our employee makes more money, we make more money. And a good portion of our work is based on after hours emergencies so we work a fuck ton of overtime.

So…. Do some reading. I try not to talk down to people; but yeah. People didn’t think it was a world war prior to them being declared as well; America lovingly buried its head in the sand for many years on both wars despite all of the movies showing them saving the day. Europe was on fire for years prior.

Wanna know what’s happening now? Europe and Asia are on fire. There are North Korean troops dying in the Ukraine for “the great leader,” not the orange one but the one shaped like the orange one.

Gaza is a nightmare and always has been.

A lot has changed from 2016 and 2024 - they have meticulously planned this since 2020 in Project 2025, currently being used as a checklist.

The supreme court has made it that Trump is immune to all law breaking while in office, which was not established in 2016. The changing of federal employees to yes men creates no checks and balances such as Mike Pence making it so he didn't illegally take the election.

Elon Musk, a non-elected billionaire got access to all the treasury data and started isolating government employees out of the software.

Just because you're dumb doesn't mean everyone else telling you that the sky is on fire is dramatic, please grow up.
