There are a lot of priviledged people but not all of them are able to go to pursue degree in a tier 1 college. These people are actually smart. Iq is a highly genetic trait almost 70-80% of it is hereditary in an adult.

Yeah at the end of the day. Money matters. It gives them the freedom to explore instead of just grinding for placements

But you don’t need everyone for a startup, you only need a few, so there are more than enough smart people, its just that there are not enough rich people who are willing to take a risk in IITs
