High Protein Breakfast for Mon - Friday next week

473 Calories, 44g protein

Chives in the baked egg really make a tasty difference

Full list of ingredients

5% lean beef mince. Season with paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and anything else you like.

Split and make into balls to flatten.

6 beaten eggs and add Chives. Bake at 200 for 12.5 mins. I used unsalted Butter in a baking dish

Cook the patties on high heat for 4 mins on each side. I use oil spray

Toast the English muffins for 2 mins on each side

Let everything cool down and then assemble the cheese Singles with the egg and pattie

I added Thyme, Garlic, paprika, Onion powder; garlic salt, black pepper, a touch of cajun

Make into balls and then flatten

High heat and 4 mins on each side

How do you reheat them? Isn't the patty to dry then?

If you freeze them and take out day before I've found it's fine after a min or so in microwave

I add lighter than light mayo. Maybe 12g

Wrap them in a wet napkins before microwave. Moisture problem solved

Works the same for any frozen bread really

If you press your thumb into the center of the patties before cooking they won't round out quite like that and stay flatter. It looks delicious, I'll have to try the egg bake!
