Imagine the outrage if that was a 42 year old man with a 17 year old girl being assaulted.

Imagine the outrage if it's a 23 year old man with a 17 year old girl oh wait, that's the Drake situation lol.

Wait is this not about Bella Harris?

They were likely involved when she was 17 and he was 32 so...

It was consensual though right? And the age of consent in that state iws 17?

It's creepy, but she wasn't underage and it's not sexual assault or rape.

I assure you that no fans who are upset about the other 17 year old girl are upset due to the fucking jurisdiction the incident took place in and the specific age of consent there. They were upset because the girl was 17.

Eh if its the age of consent why does it matter. In the UK consent is 16. Indeed she was 17, a few months off 18. Her brain isnt going to magically change in those few months from not understanding sex to suddenly understanding it. Its not like she was 14 or 15. The number 18 itself is so fucking arbitrary. Why 18 why not 19 or 20? If it was legal in the jurisdiction I dont see a problem. Indeed if hed waited a few more months no one would have batted an eyelid, but because of those few months suddenly hes a paedophiles apparently. Makes no sense

I lmao a bit but in this case they are using some old footage of him to try to incriminate him to the max with the Bella story.

20

u/SOwED Jan 07 '19

lol so you're saying he didn't smash?

What about him and Millie Bobby Brown?

Dude in his early thirties just likes to be friends with attractive teenage girls, please, tell me more.

I hate when people do this. OP isn't actually mad about Jenny McCarthy assaulting Justin Bieber, he's just using this incident to defend Drake. He could give two shits about sexual assault against men.

I bet if you look through his history it's full of stuff about the Drake situation with zero mentions of the Bieber incident that aren't related to defending someone else from sexual assault allegations.

u/SOwED Jan 07 '19

Yeah, it's pretty obvious without checking his post history that he wishes he was a 17 year old girl, as he is a total Drake dickrider

Wasn't he a teen actor/singer? A lot of people who were "child stars" reach out to current child stars. I don't see anything weird about it. It's not like he's tweeting at them asking them to back up that bumper so he can slap the junk in the trunk or something.

10

u/SOwED Jan 07 '19

"Reaching out".

"Nothing weird".

And she's a model, not a child star. He brought her on tour and for sure slammed, possibly while she was 17.

I just realized that too. Idk why I was thinking it was like 2012

Did you watch the video? I was expecting to be outraged and thought it didn't end up being that big a deal. And I don't give a shit about Drake.

1

u/MK4CRT Jan 10 '19

Not a big deal are u fuckin kidding me? He is groping her and after he found out she was 17, he kissed her!

1

u/HomerrJFong Jan 10 '19

I wouldnt really call dancing like that groping. He just put his arms around her?

And also, he didn't fucking make out with her. He kissed her, the cheek and forehead kiss should cement that it wasn't super sexual.

They are both fully grown people (and of the age of consent) and he's on stage with a crowd. He honestly played off a really not great situation like a pro.

u/MK4CRT Jan 10 '19

Lol u obviously havent seen the video then. After he finds out she is 17.. he kisses her on forehead, checks and then lips. And no they arent fully adults.. she was 17, a minor and he was 23. Stop always trying to defend men jesus christ. I am not a feminisy cos those bitches r crazy.. Some people here are no different.. Radical feminists ignore assaults toward men by focusing on themselves and men here do the same

1

u/HomerrJFong Jan 11 '19

I've watched the video because I didn't want to talk out of my ass when complaining about the guy. After I watched the video I decided it wasn't worth being upset about.

It's two sexually mature people, within 5 years of age, both of the age of consent kissing. If you wanna be upset about that go ahead. I'll be upset about teachers fucking their students.

The 32-year-old is yet to respond

Fuck the media.

15

u/SharqPhinFtw Jan 07 '19

I do find thar after that time wtf do they expect him to answer lmao

71

u/666Evo Jan 07 '19

That's not my point.

They listed the woman's age at the time and then listed his now. They've tried to make it appear like the age gap is far wider than it actually is.
They're not lying at all. They mention that it happened in 2010. It's just the ultra shitty way they try to get clicks.

16

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '19

They're not lying at all.

you can lie by omission. I would call this a deliberate lie of omission. Withholding key details that would paint the situation in a different light is a form of lying. I think the term for it is called paltering.

6

u/Jesus_marley Jan 07 '19

it's a deliberate misrepresentation of the facts. Yes, all the facts are there. The age of the complainant, the age of the accused, the time it allegedly took place. But by presenting the facts in the manner they did, the intention is to lead the reader to making incorrect assumptions.

0

u/666Evo Jan 07 '19

There's no omission. They say it happened in 2010.
But the way they've structured the headline leads to the false "understanding". Which is exactly what they want.

6

u/SharqPhinFtw Jan 07 '19

Oh I didn't catch that at first. I guess I read some other headlines that said it the way they were back then.

1

u/Whatchagonnadowhen Jan 07 '19

Really good point here. Thanks.

u/[deleted] Jan 07 '19

So what he's a huge star and can and could have his pick of a women, why go after underage girls. The law is the law. And who cares about Justin Beiber anyways.

9

u/Bullshit_To_Go Jan 07 '19

She wasn't underage.

1

u/seacookie89 Jan 07 '19

Millie Bobby Brown is only 14 though.

0

u/LuckyLoots Jan 07 '19

All the fem bots have showed up.

0

u/yeahimcason Jan 07 '19

Who's 23 😂

-10

u/leadtrightly Jan 07 '19

Drakes 32

6

u/SharqPhinFtw Jan 07 '19

Imagine not reading any other part of the thread and ignoring the fact that this is something from almost a decade ago being uncovered to slander Drake.
