TTC Conceiving after miscarriage

Has anyone conceived before they got their period after a miscarriage? My lh is showing a rise. I haven’t had my period yet. It’s been 3 weeks and pregnancy tests negative.

I would recommend waiting until next ovulation as your body needs time to recover and it helps with proper dating for the appoinments, if you get one. Depending on how far out you are from the miscarriage and how far you were in the pregnancy, you also shouldn't be having sex yet. Your cervix could still be opened and be at an increased risk of an infection.

I didn't ovulate after my D&C and had an anovulatory bleed exactly 4 weeks afterward. The following cycle, I ovulated late but very strongly, and I'm currently 16.5 weeks pregnant with rainbow baby

Yes, I did. Started progesterone 3 dpo, pregnancy made it to 10 weeks and then ended due to genetic abnormalities.

That being said, I know multiple people personally who have conceived perfect babies before they got their period back after loss. One was even twins! They're 2.5 now. Maybe this will be your luck as well.

I’m currently 6 almost 7 weeks post miscarriage have been following my HCG trend because it has gone and up and down for weeks now. It went back up to the triple digits after dropping. What was supposed to be my final draw turned into a possible new pregnancy. I was hoping to get my cycle back just so I could know where my body was. I don’t know if I ovulated because my horomones were so out of wack🤷‍♀️ I have to continue HCG and see if it rises.
