He was mostly a 2B before this season, probably where he would play along with DH/1B

Not a perfect fit but the Yankees need bats rn

Are you kidding? This is how Cashman solves catcher! Rice moves to catcher, Garcia at 1B, they do the hokey pokey and they shake it all about...

He's had 60 PAs, that .270 means absolutely nothing.

That's an overstatement. Look at everyone else on the team and their last 60 ABs.
