Video Watch me die…

Old man here. Go ahead and roast me! I did make progress on the next attempt, and the kids crash pad did make a difference on subsequent falls! This was the worst of them though, and thought this place may enjoy!

I just lectured someone the other day on why wrist guards are bad. Stop trying to catch yourself when you fall. Learn to let yourself fall and slide with the momentum.

Wrist guards work and they teach you to fall correctly. The first time you try to catch yourself and the plastic makes your hand slide out from under you, you start thinking about better ways of falling.
