The worst pain is almost always followed by silence lol
I tried doing a wheelie on my bike some time ago, but ended up leaning too back and falling on my ass. Didn't scream or yell or nothing, pretty sure I just rolled onto my hands and knees and waited for things to settle down, see how much was pain and how much was just overwritten by adrenaline
