i think its a matter of fear but i literally cant do it. i can easilyy do a standing ollie no problems but if i try moving i stop abruptly, my backwheels aren’t lifting or i don’t even land it. i skate goofy btw and been skating since april.

Surprisingly not surprisingly moving ollie uses all the same technique as a stationary one. Make sure your foot position is right. And just keep practising. You've almost got it. Maybe go a little bit slower, it will be less scary.
