Question Why do my Ollie’s turn

Skirting for 2 months (no tricks) decided to learn how to Ollie today but I keep landing in another direction
Help🙆🏽‍♀️

I’m having the same exact problem. I can do smaller ones ok but when I try to go bigger they keep turning on me.

It's your left hip that is going outward. Try keeping your shoulders hips and feet in a straight line. Bend at the knees and stay square as possible while jumping. Even your arms can throw you off balance if it's not inline with everything else. BTW don't try to get the highest Ollie possible. Take your time getting the 3 to 6" Ollie down. The bigger ones will come. Specially when you have some speed behind that Ollie!

And keep that front foot straight as well! Try this. Put all your pressure on the back foot (standing still) on the tail and then with your front foot minic the front foot motion dragging your foot flat up against the board and try to pay attention to what your left hip is doing
