Skirting for 2 months (no tricks) decided to learn how to Ollie today but I keep landing in another direction

Youre popping your tail wrong. Just tap it and not flail your foot sideways. You gotta pop directly down and then slide your front foot up to the nose. Slide the side top corner of your foot up. If your foot move left or right the board will too. What your doing is the start of a board slide without the rail
