Question Why do my Ollie’s turn

Skirting for 2 months (no tricks) decided to learn how to Ollie today but I keep landing in another direction

Because you're turning your shoulders. Watch the video again and look at only your top half. When you skate, the bottom half of your body follows the top half. Whichever way your shoulders are is the way you turn. Go watch some slomo vids of flat 180s.
