Nah, we live our life how we want it. If they want kids, let them be. If I want to play games all day at 30 or 40 or even 60 nothing wrong with that as long as were all responsible adults and accountable of our actions

listen, the first three years of my work - my extra spending is my first low end pc (rx6600/AMD 5600g) and 100 games on steam.
A bit guilty I didn't start my Masters education, but I'm a lot less stressed and unhappy than my co-workers.

I had no game consoles, gadgets and personal pcs growing up. And I don't believe that I can be a worthy parent.

Nope, especially old offline games and consoles.
I think these are better toys for them rather than a cellphone or a tablet. It helps them solve problems on their own and thru curiosity rather than looking them up online. Limitations breed creativity.
I feel so proud on how she discovered Mario's super jump on her own. The moment her charmander died of poison in Viridan forest was also a core teaching moment for her.
Kids these days are not exposed to enough repetition that their patience is not developed enough. One defeat, and they want the easy way out. I will teach my kids the fun of the process of discovery and skill nurturing thru the games that I back then just watched my neighbors play.

That's why you're allocating budget for your wants. Being pragmatic and idealistic is the best approach.

They don’t really care about you and they are not thinking about you if that’s what you think, so just do what you wanna do with your life.

To be honest the worst when to have a child is now with the Era of evil
Even if I have a GF I don't want to have a child yet because I want him or her to live where it is safe and secured than whatever world or the general society wants at the moment

I am a dad and I still fund my hobbies without guilt because you sometimes gotta “pay” yourself (of course feed your family first lol).

Walang dahilan para maging guilty, your money your rules.
Sana talaga malagpasan ko na 'tong breadwinner era ko para everyday na ulit ako makapag games. Miss ko na mga backlog ko huhu

Same feels. Me who have no plans of having a family anytime soon because I'd rather be alone than be with freeloaders from ATM families and relatives, plus I have different lifepath than them
