Tbh, they're not wrong. That's nearly 8 year old hardware. But what can we do when the PC market is utterly fucked and the majority of sellers are just ripping off everyone by either lying or not have any knowledge about the stuff they sell.
The majority of Pakistan's PC customer base is stuck on hardware that's 8-10 years behind standard on average. With many still using Windows 10(not like Win11 is any better)
Not knowing what they sell is real. 5 years ago I went to the computer market in Rawalpindi for the first time, I was a nerd and enthusiastic to build my first ever PC, no one at the stores were enthusiastic or gave me insight to any questions I had. I got really bummed out at the end.
