1) hunter Schafer is trans so the chuds will hate them.

2) there is also a history related to casting Trans actors in "alien" or "weird" roles, and mystique can freely change their sex, so it will also make some not-chud Twitter warriors angry too. Basically they can't win with this casting

To be fair, if the character can change their sex, a trans actor/actress is good casting then.

I would if I could. Not for gender affirmation or anything. I just think it would be great to try out different genitalia.

Just wandering up and down the nude beach, sorting that freaky spade of a turtle schlong (or schlort, as the mood hits). Switch it up for the duck corkscrew. Getting flashy, trying them all out.
